Abstract

Principle schemes of forming steep temporarily non-working wall (TNW) of the section differ by the order of formation of steep TNW, the angle of the working wall slope by stages of its development, the volume of overburden and mining operations in each stage. Each scheme corresponds to certain technologies of mining works, which determine possible terms of TNW formation. The use of these schemes in pure form is not always effective. Recommended to use the scheme of formation of steep TNW of section should provide as much as possible uniform mode of mining works on periods of formation of a wall. In this case, a constant amount of mining and transport equipment will be required for the whole period of steep TNW formation. The way out of this situation can be found by using combined schemes of steep TNW formation, which are a combination of the above-mentioned.
