Abstract

The article studies the possibilities of increasing the competitiveness of Russian salt mining and salt processing companies in the domestic market. The current situation on the Russian markets of technical and white salt is analyzed and forecasts for 2005 are made. The effectiveness of aggressive marketing policy in organization and sales stimulation is shown on the example of Iletsksol Salt Mining Company OJSC. The regional pricing strategy of the company is developed, economic-mathematical models of optimal regional distribution of production are developed. The annual ecological and economic effect from the implementation of the proposed measures is calculated.
