Analysis of OAO LENENERGO activity and results of its reorganization

Abstract
The current issue of reorganization of OAO Lenenergo, one of the largest power companies in St. Petersburg, has been considered, and the analysis of the main results of the company's activity in 2004 has been carried out. At present, the companies created in the course of reorganization have already been established, but the process of their formation to achieve the target configuration has not been completed yet.
