Рассмотрен актуальный вопрос реорганизации одной из крупнейших энергокомпаний Санкт-Петербурга ОАО «Ленэнерго», проведен анализ основных результатов деятельности компании в2004 г. В настоящее время создаваемые в ходе реорганизации компании уже учреждены, но процесс их формирования для достижения целевой конфигурации еще не завершен.
