Abstract
The article is based on the materials collected during the production practice at the Nyurba Mining and Processing Plant of OAO ALROSA. The task of determining the prospects for development and improving the efficiency of the company's operations is set. It is proposed to build its own repair base for mining equipment, since its absence is a factor constraining further development of the plant.
