Статья написана на основе материалов, собранных в период производственных практик в Нюрбинском ГОКе ОАО «АЛРОСА». Поставлена задача определения перспективы развития и повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия. Предложено строительство собственной ремонтной базы для горно-добывающего оборудования, так как ее отсутствие является фактором, сдерживающим дальнейшее развитие комбината.

The article is based on the materials collected during the production practice at the Nyurba Mining and Processing Plant of OAO ALROSA. The task of determining the prospects for development and improving the efficiency of the company's operations is set. It is proposed to build its own repair base for mining equipment, since its absence is a factor constraining further development of the plant.
