Abstract

The technology of production of emulsion explosive (EE) of ukrainite PP-2B and description of the developed device for introduction of solid phase (ferrosilicon or aluminum powders) into the gas-generated emulsion are given. The results of industrial tests of ukrainite PP-2B are presented, which showed a significant reduction in outsize, reduction of gas hazard in terms of CO in comparison with grammonite 79/21 by 3 times.
