Abstract
The article is devoted to problem of both natural raw materials base and economy of country. This problem is hydrocarbons prospecting in the Earth's crust. It has shown that the task of strategy or prospecting methodology creation have been becoming relevanceable in our days when a hit rate coefficient (the percent of a productivity wells) is low. The methodology has formulated on many questions base that qualify to modern idea about methods and means of hydrocarbons prospecting.
