Abstract

Many metallurgical enterprises in Russia are experiencing difficulties with raw material supply. One of the ways to solve this problem is the use of secondary resources, in particular, metallurgical tailings. Since these tailings are characterized by high zinc content, which negatively affects the operation of blast furnaces, the study is devoted to the development of technology for zinc removal from tailings.
