Abstract

Long products are one of the most important products of the global metallurgy industry. Rising prices for energy and raw materials, as well as strict legislative regulation make it necessary to improve mechanical properties and reduce energy consumption during production. Thermomechanical rolling is a promising approach to meet consumer requirements for improving mechanical properties and reducing energy consumption.
