Abstract
Measures to reduce losses of oil and petroleum products during their transportation and storage are analyzed. The article considers the introduction of a method of sealing the loading of vehicles with the use of installation for the capture and recovery of light hydrocarbon fractions. The basic principles of its operation, technical characteristics and advantages are described.
