Abstract

The IP anomaly is fixed on the Diagonal area by differentially normalized electrical metod (DNME). The detailed modeling research were carried out after reception of negative results of drilling. Pyrite presence was marked in this borehole. The relaxation time is study. It was determined that in the vicinity of the borehole exceeds too much this parameter which was received within the limits of anomalies above known hydrocarbon deposits. It is supposed, that the distinction is caused  by features of polarizing processes. The relaxation time should be increased, if a pyrite surface is oxidized, i.e. provided that reducing environment will change on oxidizing. By results of researches it was concluded, that the most probable reason of IP anomaly formation in borehole area is epigene pyrite, arisen under influence of pre-existing here and later destroyed deposit.
