Economical and legal mechanism for the production sharing agreements

Abstract
In the article the economic and legal mechanisms for the production sharing agreements implementation are discussed and the reasons of its low economic efficiency are revealed. Based on the analysis it is suggested to transform the state policy in the mineral resource complex from the short- to the long-term pattern of behavior.
