Conditions power device innovation an enterprise mineral complex

Abstract
For the majority of the mining enterprises stable economic growth, building of a regional gross product possibly only on an innovative basis under condition of active use of modern scientific and technical achievements, and also ability to formation and realization of own innovative potential. Process of start of an innovation will be carried out when the current prize from it exceeds its price and realization allows to reduce uncertainty in the course of enterprise activity. The mathematical methods which have extended in mountain branch will find application in models of option pricing at an assessment of assets of mining company, and also the corporate companies having raw assets. One of the possible directions of initiation and development of innovative activity at the mountain enterprises is connected with application at all development stages of fields of nonpolluting technologies of production providing preliminary additional exploration of fields, control of quality and quantitative indices, preservation of structure of production, creation of reserves supporting competitiveness of the enterprise and influencing final indicators of production.
