Increase of innovative activity of businessmen in the mineral and raw complex

Abstract
Main types of business activity in the different countries of the world taking into account the corresponding features of manifestation, stimulation and regulation of innovative activity of businessmen are considered. Expediency of state regulation of the competitive conflicts because of protection of intellectual property rights is analysed. It is offered to consider increase of innovative activity of businessmen as the priority direction of development of business. For this purpose important in the Russian mineral and raw complex defining development of national economy to carry out transition to self-regulation on professional specialization of the corresponding kinds of activity. In this case the business community could stimulate increase of innovative activity of members of the self-regulating organizations. Inclusion of created innovative decisions and educational indicators of integration of higher education institutions and employers in structure of intangible assets of the enterprises for increase of their cost could become additional motivation.
