Abstract
Russia has available unique in its sizes and variety by the natural-resource potential. However, are used given potential very ineffectively. The absence of the integral economic estimation of natural resources became one of the reasons for extensive use of natural resources, which contributes to low production efficiency and to irrational use of the natural resources. The author proposed the concept of the integral economic assessment of the natural resources of territory, is developed structurally functional model of the economic assessment of the chosen integral natural system, which possesses synergetic properties. Is carried out the experimental confirmation of model in the national park of Russia «Kurshskaya scythe».
