Abstract
Is currently in the analysis of road accidents on highways not include the impact of the maneuver rebuild vehicles overall traffic safety. In this article we introduce the concept of the coefficient of rebuilding as one of the main factors which have influences on the overall traffic safety in places of concentration of accidents on motorways.
