Abstract

This article is devoted to the methods of diagnostics of a technical condition of a mechanical system, allowing to evaluate the impact of technological errors of manufacturing and assembling elements of the system, the impact of unbalanced rotating mass of the system for uneven wear surfaces of parts in the system design stage. Considered mathematical modeling of the total vibration effect on mechanical system. A variant of visual presentation of the total vibration impacts in the form of a phase portrait of a vector of the total vibration effect of the angle of rotation of the element of mechanical system.
