Critical remarks to the theory of pneumatic hammers
Authors:
Abstract
Brief review of the main theories of working processes and methods of calculation of pneumatic hammers. The main purpose of the theory of working processes of pneumatic hammers is to establish the dependence of work and the number of blows of air flow rate on the pressure of compressed air and the structural dimensions of the hammer, as well as on the physical properties of the rock destroyed by the hammer.
