Automatic moisture in fine-dyspersated stream control system based on microwave frequency method is presented. Minimizing means of interrupting factors peculiar to this method of measurement are produced and systematically proved.
Potassium chloride percentage in continuous transported ore flows and products of potassium plants recycling automatic control system is offered and described. It differs fundamentally from used before ones at bulk solids containing natural radio-activity elements effective constituents producing and recycling plants. Sensing device is used in this information-measuring system (IMS). It allows to realize automatic control in flows for that instantaneous productivity fluidity in wide limits is resided. Using such IMS gives considerable economic effect by measurements error lowering and their quickness increase.
A method is offered and the device bringing into effect this method which excludes the impact of electrode wear and inter-electrode space on metrological parameters of moisture indicators is presented. It is shown that by use of the known capacitance sensors with the help of the proposed algorithm of transformation it is possible to switch from the capacitance meters of dispersion material composition to pure dielcometric meters. In this situation metrological parameters do not depend on part specifications of their sensors. In addition the impact of all non-diagnostic markers is excluded in this device.
In high-frequency moisture meters with capacitive sensor it is necessary to minimize the influence of variable active losses of the controlled material on the measurement results.

In the development of high-frequency continuous humidity control systems, efficient and reliable sensors are the most labor-intensive. Moisture sensors are usually in contact with bulk material or are in close proximity to it, exposed to vibrations, temperature effects, abrasion, environmental effects (dampness, dustiness, chemical activity), i.e. interfering factors that distort the information.
