The prospect of perfection of economic-legal forms and methods in subsoil use is considered. The author suggests to consider the use of the administrative contract, which can be symbiosis of both private and public law, as one of mechanisms of mentioned perfection. Working out of such mechanism is an actual problem and demands consideration of conceptual bases of the decision of the developed problem.
