Determination of optimum degree and economically acceptable limits of iron ore beneficiation and metallization of iron ore pellets

Article preview

The research shows an effect of initial raw material’s dressing and metallization on the economics of metallized pellet’s production and utilization. We suggest using criterion, which reflects maximum efficiency per ton of a steel or a cast iron to determine an optimal degree and an economic tolerable limits of iron-ore-dressing and metallization of the iron-ore pellets. The research describes main conditions of optimal and tolerable iron-ore-dressing and metallization of the ironore pellets limit’s displacement.
