Data on use of information on block structure, geodynamic and geomechanical condition of the massif of rocks are given in article at design of development of layers of coal fields. It is recommended to carry out geodynamic division into districts and to consider results of researches in the course of design of mountain works at different stages of development of a field with allocation of three large-scale levels.
The Article contains the scheme for realization of monitoring observations for changes in geodynamic state of rock mass and variants of application of active methods for control of stress-strain state in hazardous zones being formed during mining operations.
The article considers the formation conditions of hazardous zones in mining the conjugated seams strata with leaving coal pillars. The results of mine investigations for the establishment of hazardous zones boundaries with using the geophysical equipment are given.
The problem of mining the suites of contiguous coal seams is considered. The sequential manner of seams mining essentially has influence on change of rock and gas pressure. The results of calculation and construction of borders of zones of higher rock pressure are presented. The analysis of conditions of hazardous zones formation is given.
The results of introduction at coal mines of the methods for determination of coal pillar sizes in preparation of rockburst-hazardous seams with paired workings are discussed in the paper. Safe values of advancing in drivage of development workings with formation of yielding have been established.
The article deals with the method for effective evaluation of stress state and rock burst hazard of sections of coal seams by the predicted output of drilling fines. The suggested engineer solution, i.e. the program modulus «Prediction» allows to represent the formation of the support pressure zone in the marginal part of the seam (or in a mine working) and to control the potential pattern of rock burst hazard manifestation in a mine working under various geological and mining conditions.
