The way of waste gases wet purification оf metallurgical furnaceusing manganese materials

Article preview

In this article the technology of purification from sulfur dioxide is described. This technology was tested in semi-industrial scale. During developing this method it was used regularities of the sorption of sulfur dioxide by manganese nodule in the laboratory scale. This technology has economical significant advantages in building and maintaining costs.

Application of center-run extractors in petrochemistry

Article preview

One of the ways of recovery of metals from oil is considered. It is proposed to carry out the extraction of metals from oils using a separator with centrifugal phase separation. This type of separators can be used not only for extraction of valuable components such as metals from oils, but also for purification of water from oil products, as well as for hydrometallurgical production of non-ferrous metals.

Inorganic explosives for safe means of priming charges in oil wells

Article preview

Constantly tightening requirements for explosives (explosives) in terms of safety in handling, reliability, environmental friendliness, etc. have led to a search for explosives for safe means of initiation that meet these requirements among complex compounds. Among coordinated compounds, pentaammonates of cobalt (III), containing substituted tetrazoles as the sixth ligand and the perchlorate anion as the external ion, stand out by their physicochemical characteristics.
