Character determination of fusion mode оf sulphidic material in the gas-jet rotation devise

By working out of new technologies for fusion of sulphidic concentrates on matte and hardware registration to them special attention it is necessary to give possibilities of management of oxidation degree of malt in a reactionary zone and uniformity of oxidation process. In this connection development of the oxidation theory and behavior of sulfides in malt is of great importance for designing of fusion devices of sulphidic concentrates and revealing of management possibility of them.

Side lining of aluminum electrolyzer from silicon carbide

It’s offering replacement coal blocks of side potlining of electrolysis bath on silicon carbide slabs. Expediently to use silicon carbide blocks because they have the advantage of coal blocks: higher oxidation stability, higher real resistance, higher physical strength. Using these advantages in electrolysis baths renders possible: to reduce oxygen demand of side potlining surface; raise incorrodibility of side blocks on interracial metal-electrolytic conductor; to reduce saturation degree side blocks by fluorides from electrolytic conductor; to reduce current drain through the side potlining; to control skull degree growing superiorly. The result is following: increasing durability of electrolytic furnace without pot relining from 48 until 72 months.

Non-crystalline mineral fertilizers and their industrial production

Article preview

The advantages provided by transition from traditional polycrystalline mineral fertilizers to non-crystalline ones are considered. It is noted that, based on the special features of the structure, the most promising is the glassy state of matter. The proposed and successfully implemented concept of rational environmental management is based on the use of advantages associated with the glassy state of the developed new type of fertilizers AVA. Some technological features associated with the industrial production of fertilizers AVA, and the main stages of development of their production are considered. Ways of optimization of technological process are indicated. Special attention is paid to the issues of industrial production of charge for AVA production.
