Article is devoted to the project office functions and organization of its work effectively in the management of a portfolio of projects. Technology provides a communication environment to work on projects in a network mode. Authors formulate the criteria for the allocation of resources between the projects and the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of project portfolio management.
