Abstract
Mathematical simulation is a part of our everyday lives, although many people are not even aware of it. Models are developed everywhere and for very different purposes, from evaluating the performance of institutions to developing mining projects on the Moon. It is models that allow us to outline the contours of the possible outcomes we should expect, to determine the best methods for achieving goals, and to generally visualise different scenarios for the future. This digest is a selection of articles that show how the usage of mathematical simulation helps to save time and resources, as well as to increase the efficiency of work and industrial products.
