Abstract

Metalliferous Middle Sarmatian deposits in the southwestern part of the Stavropol arch are a promising source of titanium-zirconium raw materials (Beshpagir deposit). In terms of their textural and structural features, granulometric and mineral composition, these formations correspond to the main industrial-genetic type of titanium-zirconium placers.
