Abstract
The prospects for development of underwater deposits of iron-manganese nodules are considered, the design of an underwater hydraulic mining complex is described, the calculation of the configuration of the route and characteristics of the flexible pipeline connecting the mining module with the receiving vessel is given. The load on the executive body of the mining machine is calculated and the design of the flow part of the driven direct flow multistage hydraulic turbine is described.
