Abstract

It was established experimentally that the greatest influence on the wear resistance and fatigue strength have the force and profile radius of the tool. The fatigue resistance of the samples at a rolling force of 600 N has increased by 2.5 times. Strengthening of flanges allowed increasing the number of load cycles from 21000 to 405100 (15-20 times).
