Abstract

The issues of reduction of unfavorable influence of drive by the system of asynchronous-ventilator cascade (AVC) of the main fan plant on the supply network at potash mine administration of OAO Uralkali (Berezniki) are considered. The results of estimation of losses from reactive power consumption in drive by AVC system both at existing scheme and at other variants of construction of power scheme of inverter and control system are given. The ways of reduction of reactive power consumed by AAC drive are proposed. Recommendations on reduction of reactive power consumed by the drive have been developed.
