Abstract

The problems of returning shallow waters and flooded areas for further use are considered. Methods of engineering protection of these territories, including hydraulic excavation development of quarries in the floodplains of rivers and filling of protective dams, reclamation of territories to non-floodable levels, restoration of small river regimes, construction of fishery complexes are developed. Specially developed technologies and devices were proposed to increase the efficiency of works. The environmental safety of the production was assessed.
