Abstract

The study of special moral experiences of people arising as a result of emergencies associated with accidents and disasters is an urgent and very complex problem of ethics. Virtually everyone who has experienced the force of the impact of the elements, man-made accidents or has been in close contact with the victims of disasters, comprehends the tragedy in the categories of good and evil, the proper and the existent, and the behavior of people in extreme situations is evaluated as heroic, courageous, cowardly or cowardly. In the most general form, all phenomena of moral consciousness, behavior and activity of people during and after the catastrophe can be covered by such a concept as "the morality of the catastrophe".
