Abstract

The paper studies the possibilities of processing titaniferrite-rutile-zircon sands of the Tarskoye deposit and proposes technological schemes for efficient production of titanium-containing concentrate. Tests on application of magnetic and corona-electrostatic separation for obtaining pure mineral concentrates have been carried out. Based on the conducted research, a new technological scheme of mineral raw material processing was developed and will be implemented at the Tarsky Mining and Processing Plant.
