Abstract

The negative consequences of the use of drilling and blasting technology in the tunneling of transportation tunnels are considered. The forms of mechanical energy of explosion are analyzed, which cause the occurrence of phenomena leading to environmental degradation, destruction of engineering structures and negative impact on humans. The classification of the negative impact of drilling and blasting operations on the environment is proposed.
