Abstract

Problems in extraction of high-viscosity oil and development small-scale fields are considered and possible ways of their solution are offered. Modern electro thermal complexes for thermal bed stimulation based on down-hole electrode heater and down-hole mono-tube steam generator are described in detail. A design of a combined electric thermogenerator and its operating principles are studied. Advantages in application of the electric thermogenerator are described.
