Economic evaluation of labor potential use efficiency in coal-mining region

Abstract
The article considers socio-economic problems arising from the restructuring of the coal mining industry. The methods of determining the cost estimates of labor potential of the coal mining region on the basis of calculating the professional index of a person are given. The algorithm for calculating the efficiency of labor potential use, as well as the calculation of cumulative environmental and economic effect due to the increase in labor potential as a result of employment of people previously not employed in coal-mining regions is proposed.
