Abstract

The purpose of this work is to improve the reliability of devices for the detection of metal impurities in the production line of technological raw materials using eddy current self-sustained sensors. An effective way to increase their reliability is to increase the ratio between useful signal and background noise in the conversion signal channel of the device. This ratio can be increased by developing an optimal device structure. The device structure is designed using the method of optimal matched filtering of signals from background noise.
