Abstract
The article covers the issues of normative regulation of geological studies and exploration of complex (multicomponent) deposits in the Russian Federation. There are considered the problems of realization the principle of extraction main and associated minerals, which is one of the main requirements of rational use and protection of subsoil use. In addition to that there are analysed legal deficiencies in this sphere and offered the ways of legislature improvement.
