Abstract

Social and economic consequences of extreme situations and failures are considered at oil and gas workings on the shelf. The analysis of world experience of sea (shelf) oil and gas workings out with an estimation of quantity of emergencies and the come damage on platforms, constructions for extraction and storage of petrohydrocarbons is made, chinks, pipelines, etc. Methodical approaches to an economic estimation of consequences of emergencies and expected profit oil and gas workings a taking into account risk of extreme situations and failures are offered.
