Financing of sea regional exploration: a comparative analysis of russian and canadian experiance

Abstract
The article considers the most pressing issues exploration industry in Russia, such as in-sufficient funding, the problems of good governance, the degradation of mineral resources, as well as a high degree of depreciation of fixed assets of exploration companies. To address these questions suggests some adjustments to the regulatory framework with international experience, which would have contributed to the increase of investment attractiveness of exploration.
