Abstract
The article evaluates efficiency of the «Complex Investment Plan» – the new tool of governmental financial support and territorial strategic planning for monotowns using the case study of northern municipalities – for reducing risks of the mining industry enterprises. The conclusion of economic benefit from increasing volumes of social responsibility of a mining enterprise for mitigating feedback negative impact of crisis phenomena in the monotown on its economy is substantiated.
