Free time of workers in the period of the deployed construction of communism

Abstract

In the period of the unfolded construction of communism on the basis of technical progress and growth in the productivity of social labor creates an objective possibility of reducing working time and, consequently, increasing the free time of workers. At the same time, the tasks of further progress in production, education of a comprehensively developed person, transition to public self-government make the increase of free time objectively necessary. This determines the urgency of the problem of free time.
