Abstract
The most important condition for building a communist society is the creative and purposeful activity of the masses of people, led by the Marxist-Leninist Party, V. I. Lenin repeatedly pointed to the increasing role of the masses in the construction of communism: as the historical creativity of the people expands and deepens, the size of that mass of the population which is a conscious historical actor must also increase. “Only he will win and retain power who believes in the people, who plunges into the spring of living popular creativity."
