Abstract

The Franz Josef Land archipelago is one of the least studied in geological terms areas of the USSR territory. As a consequence, the stratigraphic basis is insufficiently developed, in particular, the study of foraminifera - the main group for determining the age of sediments during drilling. The drilling of boreholes on the archipelago, which has begun in recent years, urgently requires to fill this shortcoming ...
