Some features of the economic mechanism of full self-sufficiency

Abstract
The June (1987) Plenum of the CPSU Central Committee defined as the central task of economic restructuring - the creation of a mechanism that combines the interests of each employee, labor collective with the interests of the state, which would allow to fully realize the benefits of socialism.
