Июньский (1987 г.) Пленум ЦК КПСС определил как центральную задачу перестройки экономики - создание механизма, сочетающего интересы каждого ра­ботника, трудового коллектива с общегосударственными, что позволило бы в полной мере реализовать преимущества социализма.

The June (1987) Plenum of the CPSU Central Committee defined as the central task of economic restructuring - the creation of a mechanism that combines the interests of each employee, labor collective with the interests of the state, which would allow to fully realize the benefits of socialism.
