Development of principles and methods of analysis of the structure of the results of research and development of higher educational institutions for the purpose of their effective realization in the new conditions of economic management
Abstract
When transferring the research activities of universities to a new system of management and self-financing, the results of research and development are sold as scientific and technological products (STP) and the fact of their realization, being unconditional and indisputable, requires the development of classification of STP on its readiness for this realization (implementation).
