При переводе научно-исследовательской деятельности вузов на новую сис­тему хозяйствования и самофинансирования результаты НИР продаются как научно-техническая продукция (НТП) и факт их реализации, являясь безусловным и неоспоримым, требует разработки классификации НТП по ее готовности к этой реализации (внедрению).

When transferring the research activities of universities to a new system of management and self-financing, the results of research and development are sold as scientific and technological products (STP) and the fact of their realization, being unconditional and indisputable, requires the development of classification of STP on its readiness for this realization (implementation).
