Abstract
Inter-branch scientific and technical complexes (ISTC) are a new progressive organizational and economic form of integration of science and production and are created for the development of priority state programs that have an inter-branch nature, to accelerate and expand the introduction of fundamentally new scientific and technical products (S&T).
